Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Flipdeal, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a flexible return and exchange process as outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible.
- Apparel items (e.g., shirts, hats) must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Returned products must be in their original, received condition.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange.
- If exchanging, your return value will be credited for a new purchase.
- If your new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- If it costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference during checkout.
- Shipping fees (for 1-Day or 2-Day Express) are non-refundable unless the carrier is at fault.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Start your return or exchange anytime through our online returns portal:
- Visit flipdeal.com/returns
- Enter your order number and the email, phone number, or ZIP code associated with your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose either a refund or exchange option.
- Select your preferred return method:
- Box & Ship: Print a prepaid return label and drop off at your local carrier.
- Drop-Off: Use a QR code to return the item at a return bar (if available).
- Review and submit your return.
Your return will be processed once it arrives at our facility. Refunds or new exchanges will be issued promptly upon approval.
Returns for In-Store or Third-Party Purchases
If you bought your item from a physical retail location or an authorized online retailer, please return it directly to the place of purchase. Flipdeal can only offer exchanges, not refunds, for such purchases if they meet our criteria:
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be clean and unworn.
Note: Items purchased from resale platforms (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty services, as we do not authorize sales on these platforms.
